Janson 841 holds a very special place in our hearts. Out of over 100 new harvest Geisha lots that we tasted in Volcán, Panama, the 841 stood out to us with its elegance, complexity, sweetness, yet creamy body. Janson 841 comes from Janson Coffee farm's Los Alpes Estate (1650 m). It was harvested on Jan 29 and finished the drying on Feb 15. It is the first honey coffee processed with their CH1 method of fermentation for 96 hours in grain pro bags. The bags are moved twice every 24 hours.

In 2022 Canadian National Brewers Cup, Ply Pasarj (Edmonton) has used this lot to score the highest open score service in Canada and finishing 3rd place overall.

We have an extremely limited quantity of this coffee, and we hope that you will love and appreciate this coffee as much as we did on the farm itself.

We would like to thank Kai Janson, the producer of this coffee, and his team for such amazing work, and we will definitely curate more and more coffees from Janson Coffee in near future as part of our Crest Series.
