Coming to us from the deep forests of Guji and the high altitude of 2310masl, the coffees coming from the Gogogu Washing stations are truly incredible. Kedir Jebril manages the washing station and puts the coffees through a meticulous process that involves submerging the freshly peeled seeds underwater for 60 hours before being washed and soaked overnight eventually making it to the raised drying beds.
